You should try this quick healthy carrot Cucumber salad even kids carrot resist. INGREDIENTS: 🥕2medium Carrots 🥒1 medium Cucumber 🧴1 tbsp sesame oil 🍋1 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 tbsp soy sauce(optional) 🍯1 tsp honey 🧄1 garlic clove pressed 🌶½ tsp chili flakes adjust to taste(optional) 1 tsp mixed sesame seeds black and white ➡️RECIPE:Cut the carrot & Cucumber into thin strips. ➡️SALAD DRESSING: In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, mixed sesame seeds, and rice vinegar until well combined. ✅️Skip chilli flakes if making for kids Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and carrots.
