Ms. Venu Mathur, a descendant of the age-old clan, Curates a royal affair with finesse, oh what a plan! Meat is essential in this imperial cuisine, Influenced by British, Muslim & regional, it's quite a scene. Dum & bhuna techniques slow-cook each dish, Spices & herbs so intricate, it's hard to resist. Ghee, a staple, elevates each dish with grace, A banquet hall at The Park sets a royal pace. Low seating wooden tables, bolsters on the side, Tabla & sitar performances take us for a ride. Braised jackfruit, lamb chops, & mutton kebab so divine, Green chili spiked fish & onion with spice, what a fine dine. Urad dal vada, moong dal fritters, & puffed lotus seed, Khoya & onion gravy, tempered gram flour dumplings, oh the feed. Chicken in yogurt & spice gravy, flat mutton with nuts, Bedmi Poori, Shakarkhani, & Subz Tahri to fill my guts. Mutton Yakhni Pulao, a rice delicacy not to be missed, The meal is complete with Alivache Ladoo, Halwa, & Kheer's bliss.
