Attended the Exclusive ChefS Table at @aqua.theparkbangalore @theparkbangalore THEMED ON “THE FORGOTTEN GREENS” 🍃 Curated by Mr Arvind Kumar , Executive Chef at THE PARK the hero Ingredients included the forgotten greens. The ingredients were all sourced by @sarjapura_curries Mr. Suresh a passionate man who owns, an organic farm that grows all the greens from non hybrid seeds & is an avid follower of the principles of sustainable development of farming and sharing the knowledge with the younger generations. It was a very unique experience and each course was exquisite and highlighted the almost forgotten and some never had before tastes. Gongura (Pundi Soppina) Amaranthus, Malabar Spinach (Basale Soppu),, Vallarai Keerai (Brahmi), and Goni Soppu. Chef Arvind Kumar took me through a beautiful culinary journey as he introduced and spoke about each course in detail including all his inspirations and how he came up with the dishes. Every one was so artistically presented. 😌 Accompanied by fine wines and mesmerising live instrumental music (flute and tabla) and friends the evening was nothing short of magical.
