Scheduled to take place from April 1st to April 10th, 2023, this event is here showcasing the distinctive flavors and spices of Odia cuisine, promising an unforgettable gastronomic experience for food enthusiasts. Priced at 1799++, lunch only the festival will feature an array of traditional and modern Odia dishes curated by Smrutisree Singh, including iconic favorites such as Dahibara aloo dam and Ghugni chaat, as well as delightful mains like Chingudi Checha, Fish patra poda, Chicken aloo kassa, all made with premium-quality, fresh ingredients. In addition to the tantalizing range of Odia dishes, the Odia Food Festival at Aloft Bengaluru Outer Ring Road also features home-cooked recipes that have been passed down from generations, adding an extra layer of authenticity to the culinary experience. To further enhance the ambiance, the festival will have a beautiful Orissa hut and traditional rangoli decorations, providing visitors with a truly immersive cultural experience. And that’s not all. The presentation of the dishes promises to be nothing short of mind-blowing, with each dish carefully crafted to showcase the unique flavors, textures, and colors of Odia cuisine.
