@rajdhanithali Amalicious Festival In @rajdhanithali my heart did sing As I saw the menu, an endless thing For I love mangoes & Thaali too And here, my desires would all come true First, the Chatpata Moong salad caught my eye And the Farsan too, oh my oh my! But the Mango Maharaja Dhokla, I couldn't resist And the Kairi chilli Samosa, I had to insist The Special Of The Day, Dal Baati Churma And the Mango Dahi Vada, a burst of flavor The Paneer Butter Masala, so creamy and rich And the Turia Ghatia, a veggie I didn't know which Jodhpuri Gatta, a new dish to try And Aam Ki Launji, a sweet and sour surprise For Dal / Kadhi, the Kairi sing Meethi Dal Or the Dal Tadka, a classic that never gets stale Today's Menu, oh what a delight Indian Bread, with options so bright Phulka, Puri, Baira Rotla and Khoba Roti All so yummy, it's hard to be choosy Desserts of the Day, I can't resist Aamras, Mango Barfi, or Malpua with rabdi bliss And for Rice /Khichdi, I'll have Mango Dry Fruit Pulao Or Mogardal Khichdi, or Anardana Curd Rice, I don't know Accompaniments, so many to choose Green Mint Chutney, Garlic Chutney, and Masala Chaas to amuse Dice Onion, Bharela Mirchi, Mirchi Thecha, Papad and Chunda too Pickle & Lemon Wedge, oh so much to do!
