There was a time not so long ago when we all were in a situation which made us take all possible precautions for mere survival. Now as much as we all wish, it cannot be wished away. The issue really took down a lot but also taught us to fight hard and bounce back. @aurumbrews is one that has bounced back & with its special menu created & curated by Chef @kuldeep.bharanikb whom I had the chance to have a long chat with, along with having his wonderful creations I understood that it really took a lot of effort to sustain through the tough times. The brewery features two large LED screens which can be enjoyed all along especially during the IPL season and a terrace that customers can enjoy while sipping on their signature beers. They offer a variety of beers, including unfiltered beer with high carbonation that is hyper-widen and German-style wheat beer. In addition to their popular Alphonsso Mango beer, they also offer Belgium-style wheat beer, Indian Pale Ale, English-style beer, and a range of hoppy options. @aurumbrews offers and has a new Asian kitchen that serves steamed dishes like gyoza Bao, momo and dumpling. Gyoza, which is a popular Japanese dish consisting of small dumplings filled with meat and vegetables. They prepare their Gyoza using potato starch, spinach, and prawns, and it is gluten-free.
