It’s been a week since HolistiCare: A Family Wellness Summit, but the energy, warmth, and impact of the day still stay with us 💚 On 14th September at ExtraMile Preschool, Nallagandla, we brought together 115+ participants, experts, families, and community partners to reimagine wellness, not as an individual pursuit, but as a collective family journey. From a powerful fireside chat with leading doctors to an engaging panel discussion on the holistic health equation, from children’s workshops in storytelling, SEL and journaling to a high-energy Zumba energizer, the summit blended knowledge with fun, learning with reflection, and science with heart. With masterclasses, book and product stalls, and practical takeaways, families experienced firsthand that wellness truly becomes easier and more joyful when practiced together. This was just the first step in our vision of taking HolistiCare to more states and communities, creating a unified movement that bridges science, compassion, and action for family wellbeing.
