The 2nd Edition of WCCA - Women Coach and Counsellor Awards in Hyderabad felt like a full circle moment for me. To be invited back as a panelist after receiving the award in their first edition was deeply humbling, but more than that, it was a reminder of how spaces like these matter. Not for applause, but for the conversations they create. For the women they bring together. For the change they celebrate. As part of the panel “Breaking Barriers, Building Futures – Women Leading the Change”, I shared what being a game-changer has meant in my own journey - the slow courage, the conscious rebuilding, the unseen detours, and how our non-profit, Building Bridges Foundation, is holding space for women with big dreams and very little support. Especially those building small businesses from scratch, often in isolation. This gathering was about 100+ women - coaches, counsellors, educators, changemakers - carrying a fierce kind of hope. The kind that doesn’t need the spotlight but shows up anyway. It was extra special to reconnect with so many friends and fellow travellers, each rooted in their own journey of purpose, growth and transformation. Sharing the stage with such thoughtful and insightful co-panelists was a joy. @archana_suresh2020 @vishareddy2020 @iamdevashisjena @praveena_naidu Mrs. Asra Hq - Your voice brought power and authenticity to the conversation. And a big thank you to our host and moderator Padmapriya for steering the dialogue with such clarity, care, and depth. And if there’s one thing I truly believe in, it’s that sisterhood isn’t performative. It’s powerful. It looks like listening deeply. Cheering genuinely. Collaborating without competing. It looks like women making space, and then pulling others in, not out. Thank you, WCCA, for building this platform. And for reminding us that the ones who help others rise, deserve to be seen too. Big kudos @geetika1976 and @goldfishpr_ for pulling off such a well-curated and well-executed event. Shout out to @krishnavolvohyd and @vdcconnect for supporting the event. #WCCA2025 #WomenLeadingChange #BuildingBridgesFoundation #WomenInLeadership #BeyondTheBox #SisterhoodIsPower #ChangemakersInAction
