That’s exactly what this evening at the Discovery Table felt like. @anardana.in (Golf Course Road) and @soorahiwhisky came together to curate an experience where bold flavours met beautifully crafted cocktails. Each dish told a story, elevated further by the smooth, nuanced notes of Soorahi. The sweetness of the whisky paired effortlessly with the robust flavours of Kathal Chettinad — hands down my favourite of the evening 🤍 And the Paneer Changezi Cornetto? Truly innovative, reimagining paneer in the most delightful way. An evening of fine food, thoughtful pairings, and experiences that linger long after the last bite!
