This Uttarakhand Special Aloo Gutuk is a must try!! In my Episode 9 of “28 states, 28 Recipes”, I’ve tried out this Pahadi “Aloo ke Gutuk” Ingredients: 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds 1 tsp Cumin 1 inch ginger 🫚 3 green chilli 🌶️ Handful coriander 🌿 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli 🌶️ 1 tsp cumin powder 3-4 tbsp water 💦 In a pan: 3-4 tbsp Mustard oil 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp jeera 3-4 red chilli 🌶️ Salt to taste Grounded paste 5-6 boiled potatoes 🥔 Coriander leaves 🍃 for garnishing (Pahadi, aloo gutuk, mountain, Uttarakhand, traditional dish) #pahadi #aloogutuk #recipe #uttrakhand
