In my Ep 6 of 28 States, 28 Recipes, we have “Chenapodo” also called as ”Chhenapoda”. This was created by mistake and it urned out to be Odisha’s delicacy! It is as simple as delicious it looks ! Follow @salonisgram for more Ingredients: 2 litre of milk, boil it and add 2 tbsp lemon juice and cuddle it, then strain it and use the hot chhena and add 60gms of chhena water, 1 tbsp elaichi/cardamom powder, 50gms suji/semolina, 1 tbsp ghee, 150gms powdered sugar Mash it well, Grease the pan and set the mixture evely. Preheat the oven and bake at 180”c for 40-45 mins. Let it cool, demould it and slice it down.
