Airfried Hash browns 🥔 Ingredients: • 3 large potatoes (peeled and diced into small cubes) • 1½ tbsp butter • 1 tsp red chilli flakes • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp black pepper powder • 1 tsp dry parsley (optional) . 1 tbsp Oregano • Salt to taste • 4-5 tbsp cornflour (corn starch) Method: • Dice the potatoes into small cubes and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. • Drain and pat them completely dry. • Heat butter in a pan and sauté the potatoes for 8-10 minutes until soft and golden. • Add chilli flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley, and salt.
