🥗Crispy Chickpea Salad with Creamy Protein Dip Ingredients:- For Chickpeas- 1 cup boiled chickpeas 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder A pinch of black pepper Salt to taste 1 tsp jeera (cumin) powder 1 tsp chaat masala For Creamy Protein Dip- ½ cup curd ¼ cup paneer 4-6 garlic cloves A handful of coriander leaves Mint leaves (less than coriander) ½ tsp jeera powder ½ tsp black salt Salt to taste Onion for garnish For protein dip, just blend in all the ingredients in a mixer, and top up with some onions 🧅 For crispy chana, mix in all the ingredients in a bowl and Airfryer it for 10-15 mins, until crispy at 180”c (Chickpea, salad, protein dip, protein, Airfryer, homechef, baker, recipes, quick recipe, crispy chana, viral) #chickpeasalad #crispychana #drychana #airfried #viral
