Ep 1 of my 28 states, 28 Recipes series, Himachali Siddu - Akhrot Siddu is a traditional, steamed, savory, or sweet bread originating from Himachal Pradesh, specifically popular in the Kullu-Manali region, where it is often enjoyed during the winter months. This specialty features a dough made from fermented wheat flour, stuffed with a mixture of walnuts (akhrot), poppy seeds (khaskhas), and spices.
