Airfried Cheese Corn Dip 🌽🧀 Follow @salonisgram for more such recipes Ingredients 1 cup sweet corn (boiled or frozen, thawed) • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated 2 tbsp mayonnaise • 2-3 tbsp milk (adjust for creaminess) 2 small garlic cloves, finely grated ½ tsp mixed herbs / Italian seasoning ¼ tsp chilli flakes • ¼ tsp black pepper • Salt to taste • 1 tsp butter (optional) • Optional topping: extra mozzarella or chilli flakes Method 1. In an air-fryer-safe bowl, mix corn, mayonnaise, milk, garlic, herbs, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, and butter. 2 Fold in most of the mozzarella, reserving some for topping. 3. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. 4. Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden. 5.
