This Kesar Pista Cookies are pure love and trust me it is loved by anyone and everyone, as how good it looks, the best it tastes, You definitely should try out this Kesar Pista Cookies Ingredients: 10-15 kesar strands 30g Milk (hot) 1/4cup Ghee 45g Sugar 95g flour 1/4tsp Cardamom powder Pistachio flakes Method: 1. Mix kesar and milk and let it sit for few minutes. 2. Then in a big bowl add ghee and sugar and whisk it reallt well till creamy. 3. Then add the milk mix and whisk again. 4. Then add in the flour and cardamom and make a soft pipe-able dough. 5. Pipe some beautiful cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and garnish with pistachios. 6. Refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes and then bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 mins or until golden brown at bottom. 7. Let it come to room temperature and store in airtight containers.
