કચ્છના હાઈવે પર એક દ્રશ્ય જેણે સાબિત કર્યું કે માનવતા હજુ જીવંત છે. કોઈ કેમેરા નહીં, કોઈ દેખાડો નહીં બસ, એક મુસાફરની સજાગતા! જ્યારે એક સૈનિકોની જીપનો બોનેટ લોક તૂટી ગયો અને તેઓ મુશ્કેલીમાં મુકાયા, ત્યારે ત્યાંથી પસાર થતા એક સામાન્ય નાગરિકે એક ક્ષણનો પણ વિચાર કર્યા વિના પોતાની પાસે રહેલી બંજી કોર્ડ (દોરી) તેમને આપી દીધી. આટલા નાના કાર્યથી સૈનિકોનો પ્રવાસ સરળ થઈ ગયો. દેશની રક્ષા માટે રાત-દિવસ એક કરતા આપણા જવાનો માટે, એક સામાન્ય નાગરિકે કરેલી આ મદદ ખરેખર વંદનીય છે. ઘણીવાર આદર શબ્દોમાં નહીં, પણ આવા કાર્યોમાં દેખાય છે. આ મુસાફરને સલામ, જેમણે સાબિત કર્યું કે દેશપ્રેમ એ આપણા સંસ્કારો અને માનવતામાં વસેલો છે ક્રેડિટ્સ: @viru_on_wheels
