
it's been about 65 days that I have been training my core and I'm slowly starting to see results, not only in progressive exercises but also have noticed a decrease in upper back/neck pain and pains related to posture. All the exercises and the progressions are given by my physiotherapist so that really helps, but if you are struggling with upper back pain — training your core muscles could be the answer
