beginning of 2024 end of 2025 — two different people My reason for stepping into the world of health and wellness is actually pretty personal. 2024 pushed me into a corner with gut and hormone issues, unexplained pain and inflammations— and honestly… a whole mix of things I didn’t see coming. There were days where no-one understood me, and no one actually knew what I was going through or how to help me. But I’m glad to have a good support system by my side, trying their best. Healing for me has been a long road — not linear, and definitely not “fixed.” I still deal with some stuff, but I’m finally seeing change. Real change. And somewhere in the middle of the toughest year of my life, I promised myself that if I ever found my footing again, I’d help other people find theirs too.
