𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗦𝗮𝘆, "𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝗯." We've all heard this - 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. But what makes someone a poor leader? It's 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀. In the short video below, I've shared some of the behaviors and traits that make someone a poor leader. If a person continues with these behaviors for a long time, they 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. People 𝘄𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, and eventually, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. In contrast, there are certain behaviors that make someone a good leader. By practicing those behaviors, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, and 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺.
