Mentioned in town halls. But the real question is: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱? Because values are not proven in easy moments. They are proven in uncomfortable ones. When targets are at risk… When pressure is high… When shortcuts are tempting… 𝗗𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺? Or do they quietly ignore them? Because people don’t follow what you say. They follow what you tolerate. And over time, that becomes your culture. So if values are not enforced, they slowly turn into decoration. Visible.
