𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗮𝘆: “People are our greatest asset.” But their decisions often reveal a different priority. When pressure rises, deadlines tighten, or numbers fall short… People become expendable. Well-being becomes secondary. Short-term results become everything. And slowly, something invisible breaks: Trust. The truth is, profit is not created instead of people. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. When employees feel valued, safe, and respected: ⮩ They solve problems faster ⮩ They take ownership ⮩ They stay longer ⮩ They protect the organization’s reputation ⮩ They go beyond minimum effort But when people feel used, they give only what is required,nothing more. Great leaders understand a simple principle: Take care of people, and people will take care of the business. Short-term profit can be forced. Long-term success must be built on trust. So the real question is not whether profit matters.
