Eggless Fruit cake recipe ~ Christmas special cake recipe ~ no egg, no alcohol Detailed recipe for Tutti-Frutti Muffins - Ingredients:- 1. Curd - 1/2 cup 2. Oil - 1/3 cup 3. Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup 4. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp 5. All purpose flour - 1 cup 6. Custard powder - 1/4 cup 7. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp 8. Baking soda - 1/4 tsp 9. Salt - a pinch of 10. Milk - 1/4 cup 11. Tutti frutti - 1/4 cup 12. Chopped nuts - 1/4 cup Method - 1. Whisk curd, oil vanilla essence & powdered sugar together till it become creamy. 2. Sieve & add all the dry ingredients- all purpose flour, custard powder, baking powder, baking soda & salt. 3. Now mix wet & dry ingredients well, add warm milk gradually to make a batter. 4. Now in a bowl take tutti fruity & chopped nuts. Sprinkle a tsp of all purpose flour & coat them nicely. 5. Add these flour coated nuts to the batter & mix them well through cut & fold method. 6. Now scoop them to greased silicon muffin cups or even in a greased & lined cake tin. Air fryer - 7. Bake muffins at 150 degrees for 12-14 mins. For cake - 150 degrees for 30-35 mins Oven - 8. Bake muffins at 170 degrees for 15-18 mins For cake - 170 degrees - 30-35 mins 9. Once the muffins are perfectly baked, let them cool completely & then de mould it. 10.
