This superfood Tikki is made with 2 super ingredients - Broccoli 🥦 & spinach 🥬 Detailed recipe for Superfood Tikki :- Ingredients - 1. Green peas - 1/2 cup 2. Spinach - small bundle or handful 3. Broccoli - 1 medium size 4. Onion - 1 medium 5. Ginger - 1” 6. Green chilli - 2 7. Paneer - 100gms 8. Salt - 1 1/2 tsp 9. Bhuna jeera powder - 1 tsp 10. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp 11. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp 12. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp 13. Amachoor powder - 1 tsp 14. Coriander - 1/4 cup (finely chopped) 15. Crushed peanuts - 1/4 cup 16. Besan - 1/2 cup 17. Melon seeds for toppings 18. Oil Method - 1. In a steamer add little salt in water & steam cook peas, spinach & brocoli for 10 mins on low flame. 2. Once they are steam cooked, grind them roughly in a grinder. 3. In the hand grinder roughly grind onion, ginger & green chilli. 4. Now in a bowl take grinded mixture of broccoli, spinach & peas along with finely grinded onion, ginger & green chilli. 5. Add grated paneer, besan, crushed peanuts & chopped coriander in it. 6. Put all the spices & mix everything well. 7. Now grease your hand & make small patties of it. 8. Shallow fry them using little oil & add some melon seeds on top. 9.
