Chef Andy has spent over 20 years mastering the art of grilling, and instead of following trends, he opened his own spot to serve meat exactly the way he believes it should be. Every dish here is technique-driven, packed with flavour, and cooked with insane attention to detail. The **5 Hour Braised Lamb Shoulder** is hands down one of my favourite dishes of 2026. It’s unbelievably tender, melts apart effortlessly, and paired with their signature Tomb Sauce, it’s something you’ll remember long after the meal. The **Pressed Double Patty Lamb Burger** is another standout. Perfectly balanced, juicy, and loaded with flavour without overpowering the meat. Even the sides aren’t an afterthought. The **Train Wreck Fries** topped with bacon and a sunny side up egg are ridiculously good, while the **Butter & Hot Sauce Roast Chicken** is so tender it literally falls off the bone.
