At @biristaofficial , I tried a layered kebab with hot melted cheese flowing from the center… insanely meaty, cheesy and easily my new comfort dish. But the real game changer here is their Malai Seekh Biryani and Mutton Birista Biryani, both showing what a perfectly balanced biryani should taste like. The reason the food stands out is the owner himself, a passionate trained chef who knows how to create bold, flavourful Mughlai dishes like their rich Akhbari Kadai.
