Just 2 minutes from Lower Parel Station and right opposite Phoenix Palladium is a hidden Italian gem that deserves way more attention. 🍕✨ Meet @razzo_india one of Mumbai’s most authentic sourdough restaurants, where every pizza is made using premium 00 flour and naturally fermented sourdough. What surprised me even more? Even their burger buns are freshly baked sourdough. The Classic Double Smash Burger was incredible, but the real surprise was their charred pineapple sandwich. Sounds unusual, tastes insane. 🤯 What I loved most is that they stay true to authentic Italian flavours instead of adding unnecessary Indian twists. The Tortellini Limone Ricotta is the perfect example of that philosophy. And yes, it’s a pure veg restaurant.
