Putting the decanter to good use. Poured out the Nero D'avola 2020 from @reveilowines and it took about 60 mins for the tannins to settle down and the acidic flavours to come through. . . Start off with some black and red fruit flavours, it finishes off with a citrusy acidic flavours with medium bodied tannins that still need to a bit more rounded off. . . #saltandsandals #SnSXWines #indianwine #redwine #italianwine #winewednesday
