The Leela Weekend Roast is the perfect way to enjoy the cold winter weekend mornings. Although the temps might be becoming more humane and the lockdown opening up, I'd still recommend trying it out. Featuring a full chicken roast stuffed with veggies carefully wrapped up in foil, it is served along a creamy Mashed Potatoes and grilled vegetables. The jus is kept separately in a tightly sealed box to be poured over the roast just before it pops into your tummy. There's also a Chimichurri Sauce that goes perfectly with the mashed potatoes. Two salads, especially the Barley Avocado one definitely makes an impact and couple of decadent Belgian Tarts are the perfect ending to the meal.
