
My number one rule for fat loss is this .... If you can’t do it forever don’t do it at all ⬇️ If you want fat loss results stop trying to come up with with lots of solutions and things you need to completely stop doing ⏹️ Calorie deficit = fat loss, that’s it‼️ If you want results don’t expect over night change! You have to stay consistent. Find balance so you can get results whilst enjoying life and not cutting everything out!
