The Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) is your third energy center, located in the upper abdomen, around the navel. It is connected with the element of fire and is often called the powerhouse of your being. When your solar plexus is balanced, you feel confident, emotionally strong, and deeply connected to your intuition.
