Diwali Bites Ep 22 | Veggie Cutlets With lemon Cream 🍢🍋 Golden, crispy, cheesy… straight from my @neelamsteel kadhai to your cravings 💛 Recipe : 🍢 In a mixing bowl, add grated carrot, chopped red and yellow bell peppers, a little ginger-garlic, mashed potatoes, finely chopped green chilies, grated cheese, breadcrumbs, and 1–2 teaspoons of cornflour. Mix everything well until it forms a soft, smooth dough-like mixture. 🍢 Once combined, shape the mixture into small nuggets or bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame and fry the nuggets until they turn golden and crisp. Remove them onto a tissue to absorb extra oil. 🍢 For the lemon cream dip, take ½ cup Greek yogurt (or hung curd) in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or fresh cream), the zest and juice of 1 lemon, 1 teaspoon honey, a pinch of salt and black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped dill or parsley.
