These onion rings are crunchier than my life decisions 🤭 Onions Rings 🧅 Steps : * Cut thick onion slices and gently separate them into rings. * In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp maida and 2 tbsp cornflour. Add salt, black pepper, chili powder, chili flakes, and parsley (or any seasoning of your choice). * Add a little water and whisk into a slightly thick slurry so it sticks well to the onion rings. * Dip each onion ring into the slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs.
