This Potato & Mushroom Creamy Casserole is warm, cheesy, and everything you need on a rainy day 🤍🍄🥔 Recipe : 1. Wash and peel 3–4 medium potatoes, then slice them thinly with a slicer. 2. Slice 1 pack of mushrooms. 3. Heat a pan on high flame, add the mushrooms, let them cook, then season with salt and pepper. Sauté and keep aside. 4. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter. Once melted, add 1 tbsp all-purpose flour and mix well. 5. Slowly pour in 1 cup milk, whisking continuously until slightly thick. 6. Add ¼ cup fresh cream, then season with salt, pepper, parsley, and chilli flakes. Mix well and turn off the heat. 7. Take a baking dish and layer it with thin potato slices → white cream sauce → sautéed mushrooms. Repeat until the dish is full. 8. Top with bread crumbs and grated cheese. Cover with foil. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 40 minutes. 10.
