Crispy outside, cheesy inside – monsoon snacking at its best!🌽 Corn Cheese Nuggets Recipe 🌽 1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup boiled or frozen sweet corn (roughly crushed), ½ cup boiled and mashed potatoes, ¼ cup grated cheese, 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 finely chopped green chili, 1 tbsp chopped coriander/parsley, ½ tsp chili flakes, ½ tsp black pepper, and salt to taste. Mix everything well until you get a soft dough-like mixture. 2. Grease your hands with a little oil and shape the mixture into small nuggets (oval or rectangle). Place them on a plate and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes so they firm up. 3. Make a slurry by mixing 2 tbsp cornflour with 4 tbsp water. Dip each nugget in the slurry, then roll in bread crumbs for coating. For extra crunch, repeat the coating twice. 4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the nuggets on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Place them on tissue paper to remove excess oil. 5.
