When your cookie is bigger than your mood swings 😍🍪 Eggless Skillet Cookie Recipe 🍪 🍪 Ingredients * 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour * ½ tsp baking soda * ¼ tsp salt * ½ cup (100 g) brown sugar * ¼ cup (50 g) white sugar * ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter (melted) or ¼ cup butter + ¼ cup oil * 3 tbsp milk (adjust as needed) * 1 tsp vanilla extract * ½ cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping) * Optional: 2 tbsp chopped nuts 🍪 Steps 1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease your oven-safe skillet. 2. Mix dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl. 3. Mix wet ingredients - in another bowl whisk melted butter, sugars, vanilla, and milk until smooth. 4. Combine wet & dry ingredients gently. Do not overmix. Fold in chocolate chips. 5. Spread dough evenly in the skillet, sprinkle extra chocolate chips/nuts on top. 6. Bake for 18-22 mins until edges are golden but the center is still slightly soft. 7.
