Samosa Skewers with Garlic Yogurt 😍 *Heat a pan and add some jeera. Once it splutters, add 4–5 chopped garlic cloves, 2 chopped green chillies, and 1 medium chopped onion. Sauté everything well till golden. Now add 2 medium boiled potatoes, grated, and mash them together in the pan. Season with salt, haldi, chilli powder, coriander powder, and jeera powder. Mix well and keep this filling aside. *Take one tortilla and spread a thin, even layer of the potato mix. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, then place another tortilla. Repeat the same process for three layers.
