Diwali Bites Ep 15 | Smoky Pineapple Skewers 🍢 Sweet, spicy, and a little extra — just like every Diwali party! 🍍✨ 🍢 Recipe : * Start by heating a pan and adding ¼ cup of water. Into that, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes, 1 tablespoon of paprika, and salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything well and let it cook on medium heat for about 2–3 minutes so the flavors combine. Then add a small cornflour slurry made with 1 teaspoon cornflour and 2 tablespoons water. Stir continuously until the mixture thickens into a smooth sauce. * Once the sauce is ready, let it cool slightly, then add thick cubes of pineapple to it. Mix well so the pineapple is evenly coated, and let it marinate for 10–15 minutes. * After marination, grill the pineapple cubes on a hot pan or toaster from both sides until they get nice golden char lines. Once done, thread the grilled pineapple onto skewers. You can also add cocktail salami slices between the pieces if you like for extra flavor. Serve hot as a sweet, spicy, and smoky appetizer. . . . .
