Diwali Bites Ep5 | EASY LAMINGTONS 🍬 Made with @britanniasnackinc 🫶🏼 Recipe : 🍬 Take a big pack of Britannia fruit cake slices and spread a generous layer of mixed fruit or strawberry jam on one slice. Close it with another slice to make a sandwich. 🍬Now prepare the chocolate sauce: in a bowl, add 100 gms of icing sugar, 17 gms of dark cocoa powder, 1 and ½ tablespoons of butter, and 60 ml of milk. Mix everything well until smooth. 🍬Dip the prepared cake sandwiches into the chocolate sauce so they’re nicely coated. Finally, roll them in shredded coconut for a perfect finishing touch.
