Burst of flavours and ate the cuisine of multiple states in one meal. I always love to experiment with food and this was authentic yet such a mix would be impossible to find even in India. Like almost visiting India. My only regret not meeting Chef Vikas Khanna, so ladies you can feel less jealous as he was away getting an award.
