
I have said this earlier and today need to say it again @rujuta.diwekar . As you age especially after 60, our parents need more protein and strength train to build muscles as there is bone density loss. And if your parents are not able to absorb it well or feel bloated then you can try plant protein or hydrolyzed protein for them. Another factor that helps in better digestion is their active lifestyle. When my parents started to strength train, digesting the protein became easier for them. I absolutely abide by a lot of advice you share like countless others must as well, so when you have the power, respectfully, be careful of the message you pass on.
