We worship the goddess for her strength, purity, and sacrifice, but how often do we actually recognize the women in our lives for the same things? “Married single”, is very real! Many stay stuck in marriages where they feel emotionally alone, their voice drowned out by the noise of everyone else’s expectations. They’re the ones holding everything together at home, but their efforts go unnoticed. Their love is taken for granted, their kindness is seen as weakness, and they’re expected to keep giving without asking for anything in return. As a society let’s stop glorifying the sacrifice, and save these women who are dying silently. If you couldn’t do it for yourself, do it for your daughter and your daughter-in-law. If you really respect the Goddess then first recognise and respect the one at your home!
