Every year on Ganesh Chaturthi, I used to just look at Ganesha’s idol, admire it, pray to it and move on. But the more I learnt about yoga and Ayurveda, the more I realised — his form is like a life guide. The way he looks isn’t just art… it’s wisdom. Wisdom we can actually use in our day-to-day life — to think clearly, stay focused, listen deeply, and live with balance. Now, when I see Ganesha, I don’t just fold my hands and pray. I pause. I remind myself to bring those lessons into my yoga practice, my work, my relationships… into every part of life.
