When we receive sound vibrations, they travel through the body, allowing our cells and tissues to gently resonate back into harmony. This natural process helps release tension and bring the system back into balance. In every sound healing session I offer, no two experiences are the same. Sound meets each person exactly where they are. It brings to the surface what’s ready to be healed—emotionally, physically, and energetically. One of the most transformative combinations I’ve worked with is Chakra opening with Sound. It not only opens the chakras but also creates space for deep emotional release. Floating Sound Therapy, where you rest on water beds while immersed in bowls and gongs, is also very popular.
