The first week of medical college, I felt like I wouldn’t survive. Failure, loneliness, toxicity, betrayal from people I trusted—it was overwhelming. I even considered dropping out to prepare for NEET UG again because I hated everything about it. But let’s be real, dobara itni padhai kon karega, especially after taking 2 drops? I had only one mantra: “This too shall pass.” And slowly but surely, I found the strength to get through every obstacle—first year, second year, third year... and now, here I am in final year. The academic sessions are over, and today marks one of the last days of final year MBBS. Just one proff exam stands between me and the title I’ve dreamed of for years: DOCTOR. I hope I ace these exams, but you know what? Even if I don’t, I’ll come back stronger, because this journey has taught me one thing: I deserve that title, and I’ll take it—by hook or by crook.
