
This Soya-matar Pullav is very easy to make, healthy and comforting Ingredients: 30 g raw rice 30 g soya chunks 70 g green peas 1 small onion (chopped) 1 tsp oil 1 tej patta 4 to 5 kali mirch 1 tsp sabut dhaniya (lightly crushed) Salt to taste Water as needed Recipe: Soak soya chunks (45mins) , squeeze and keep aside.
