This book immaculately explores the ageless story of Shiv and Shakti. Such a emotionally rich read, and I loved the short stories from different puranas. Even though it is a divine story, the emotions felt deeply human. The author's flawless narrative makes everything vivid. The writing style is unique, lyrical and engaging. The author presented mythology in a fresh way. The eternal love story is written in an unputdownable way. The narrative unfolds through the fabric of time, beginning from the creation of the world and tracing back to the story of Dakshayani. Moreover, everything is compiled from authentic sources like Bhagavatam, Lingapuran and Shiva Mahapurana. This book takes our time and demands our attention, but it is worth it. This book is all about Dakshayani and her soulful connection with Shiva. I adored how love is not simply a romance but devotion and courage, which shapes the consciousness. Such a thought-provoking and interesting read which keeps us glued to the page. Shiva in love feels more human and relatable. This book shows us how love is a powerful force which has the capability to change everything. Overall, I loved this book and would strongly recommend it to all.
