My pooch is a food enthusiast, he eats anything and everything even if it leads to an upset stomach.There have been times I caught him gobbling my tender bitter gourd saplings and trying to steal tomato cherries from the plant. So when I received this book, I felt a sigh of relief as I found the perfect solution to his treat cravings. The Bakery Book by Gaargi Prehar published by @harpercollinsin is a warm read that helps you create healthy treats for your pooch while keeping in mind his allergies and other food restrictions.I enjoyed reading Pacho's story. I came across the beautiful term 'dog siblings'.It made me think of the time I grew up with my first dog and literally had the tendency to feed her what I consume.My mom had a hard time explaining that she can't consume everything we humans can. When I showed this book to my mom, she had a big smile.The book offers a wide range of recipes ranging from non baked treats to tasty chips, healthy cakes and nutritious meals.Most of the ingredients are easily available in the kitchen. What I loved about the book is that it not only provides the delicious recipes but also educates the reader about toxic foods and provides a healthy substitute for ingredients if the furry member is lactose intolerant or allergic to gluten.Written in simple language, supplemented with beautiful food pictures which made it more alluring. : I can't wait to create Banana Froyos for my Bruno who loves bananas like anything.I would love to recommend this book to all the pooch lovers. :
