General Seizure (जिसे हिंदी में *मिर्गी का दौरा* कहा जाता है) मस्तिष्क (Brain) की electrical activity में अचानक असंतुलन होने के कारण होता है। इसमें दिमाग के दोनों हिस्से (hemispheres) एक साथ प्रभावित होते हैं। इस वजह से मरीज अचानक बेहोश हो सकता है, हाथ-पाँव में झटके आ सकते हैं, मुँह से झाग निकल सकता है, या कुछ सेकंड के लिए patient “खोया हुआ” सा दिख सकता है। कितनी बड़ी समस्या है? 👉 भारत सहित पूरी दुनिया में लाखों लोग इस समस्या से जूझते हैं। 👉 WHO के अनुसार, epilepsy एक **common neurological disorder** है और सही इलाज मिलने पर 70% मरीज बिल्कुल normal जीवन जी सकते हैं। 👉 डरने या घबराने की बजाय सही जानकारी और timely treatment सबसे ज़रूरी है। General Seizure का इलाज कैसे होता है? 1. दवाइयाँ (Anti-epileptic drugs) – Regular दवा लेने से दौरे control हो जाते हैं। 2. Lifestyle changes – नींद पूरी करना, stress control करना, alcohol/ drugs से बचना। 3. Emergency car – दौरे के समय मरीज को सुरक्षित जगह पर लिटाना, मुँह में कुछ न डालना, और दौरे की duration नोट करना। 4.
