Starting from today - 15th Aug until 24th Aug, you will get to taste the cuisine spread over from Royal Kitchens of Awadh to smoky grills of Persia & Turkey. Best part is, it is available in both Veg & No. Veg options. In Veg, Khumb Ke Kebab - which is a delicious dish made with juicy soft mushrooms which you should put it at once in full on your mouth. Rajma Galouti Kebab - which u would Sat is unique be it with appearance or taste Veg Seekh Kebab - which is a mix of minced vegetables. This was little hot and was because of the green chilli paste pluses on top of it. Paneer Tikka - An absolute stunner with its soft texture. In Non-Veg Jukebox Kebab - lovely and tasty fire grilled Persian Kebabs Tangdi Kebab - Chicken drumsticks in smoky, succulent flavour cooked along with Indian spices Chapli Kebab - a unique flattened Kebab with Afghan spices and herbs. Adana Kebab - Turkish minced lamb which was tasty. The meat was so soft and well cooked. Beef Seekh Kebab - I did not eat this. Apart from this, we had mix of veg platter with hummus/mayo. Do not miss to try their delicious Chicken Mandi. Starter was Blackberry Tonic & Banana. The festival starts from today - 15th Aug and goes until 24th Aug. Do not miss it.
